This is a pattern for an ornately cabled stole. The cable is combines with a unique Lace ladder stitch, which compliments the cable nicely.
It meausres approximately 17 inches inches x 74 - 78 inches, but can be altered as stated above, and requires approximately 1000 - 1200 yards. The focal cable stitch comes to us from Canada and the creative mind of Annie Maloney.

The stitches are both charted and written out. However, it is critical that you can refer to the chart if you are using the line by line.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a very good working knowledge of cabling and lace.)

There are also instructions for an optional crocheted border, should you want it edged. This is the ONLY crochet in the entire pattern: The optional edging.

There are also instructions for making it in 2 pieces, as well as knitted the entire length in a single piece, as it’s symmetrical.
