The Frosted Leaves Blouse is a round neck, cropped length sweater with a leaf lace yoke which is trimmed with a leaf lace edging. It is inspired by the beautiful shirtwaists of the Edwardian era, reimagined in soft, comforting knitting.

It is worked from the neck down. The Blouse is begun by working the Leaf Edging on a provisional cast on, this is then put aside and the neckline is begun. During the working of the yoke the Leaf Edging is added in, short rows are then worked and the yoke continued down to the underarm split. The body is worked straight to the hem, the arms are worked to the extended cuff, cuff decreases are worked and the long cuffs are worked in rib. The length may be adjusted to suit.

Tutorial - how to attach the leaf lace edging to the yoke.
