Furrow Shrug
Beautiful hand-dyed yarn stuns in this open-front shrug. Crossed double-crochet stitches read as a rich herringbone pattern, while the sleeves are kept simple. Crocheted in a bulky weight, this sweater works up in no time.

Finished Size To fit size 34 (38, 42, 46, 50, 54)“ bust. 28½ (28½, 31, 31, 33½, 33½)” shrug width. Sample shown to fit size 34”, with model bust size 34½“.
Yarn Manos del Uruguay Franca (distributed by Fairmount Fibers (100% superwash Merino wool; 114 yd 105 m/5¼ oz 150 g): #F47 blush, 5 (5, 6, 7, 7, 8) hanks.
Hook Sizes L (8 mm) and M/N (9 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions Yarn needle.
Gauge 8 sts and 6 rows = 4” in body patt, with larger hook; 10 sts and 11 rows = 4” in crossed single crochet, with larger hook.
