These humbug-shaped cushions start with a provisional cast-on and are knitted in the round.

Each end is grafted together, starting at different points to create the tetrahedral shape.

The stranded colour work pattern was inspired by the brickwork on the gable end of the building that I can see from my studio window.

Instructions are given for two sizes.
16(24)cm or 6¼(9½)ins wide x 14(21)cm or 5½(8¼)ins high

Make lots in coordinating colours and pile them together on your bed or chair for impact.

If you are using a different yarn to the one suggested, you will need approx 75(160)m in MC and 65(150)m in CC of 4ply yarn.

Also needed: Waste yarn in 4ply for provisional cast-on
Polyester toy stuffing, or wool fleece

3mm (US 2 or 3) circular needle, length 40(60)cm
3mm (US C/2) crochet hook for provisional cast-on
4(6) stitch markers
Tapestry needle
