♥ garden gate & ivy reversible cowl ♥
everyone knows the luckiest vines
get to climb all over garden gates.
the inside of this reversible cowl is
lined with garden gate pinstripes.
the outside is rightly rambling with
climbing filigree & ivy vines.

the technical stuff
this is a great project for a beginner to
practice stranding colorwork!
Size: One size
Finished Measurements flat: 11” x 6”
Yarns used: Worsted weight yarn such as:
Berroco Ultra Alpaca, 100 g - 215 yds - 198 m,
50% Alpaca, 50% Wool.
MC: Couscous (tan) 6208, 1 ball.
CC1: Pea Soup Mix (green) 6275, 1 ball.
Tension/gauge: Use needles needed to obtain gauge.
Work 20 sts and 26 rows to measure 4x4” in St stitch using US 8 or 5 mm needles.
Notions: A pair of US 8 (5 mm) circular needles 24” long, Spare circular needles similar in size for working Kitchener stitch, stitch markers, tapestry needle, Crochet hook for working provisional cast-on chain.
