Gardener
by 2WorldsTog
I named this design Gardener, as I had the idea while I was gardening.
Bringing out the seed, look after it to watch the plants and flowers grow.
The sweater is worked bottom up, starting with a seed stitch section, followed by a shoulder yoke pattern representing flowers and growing plants (cables and eyelet stripes). The sleeves are worked top down.
The sweater has a positive ease of 15-20cm/6-8in.
I chose a turtleneck but feel free to just add a shorter collar.
For those who do not like seed stitch, the sweater also looks nice when you knit one round and purl one round in alternation.
The pattern has been tech edited and tested.
