My 8 year old asked me if I could make her a ghost necklace to wear to school for her Halloween party at school since they don’t allow costumes. That’s when the idea came to me to incorporate glow-sticks to make her necklace extra special and when the idea for the “Ghostly Lights” Necklace was born! :)

Would also be great for little ghost tree ornaments. :)
