I was a teenager when I learned, in geography class,
about a place named Cape of Good Hope.
At that time, I thought it was a really nice name
and I had in my mind images of that cape of South Africa.

On these days, my mind is back there again:
the waves, the beautiful flowers, and the winds blowing the cape…
All of my thoughts are in this pattern.

This pattern is knitted top-down using mosaic knitting,
colorwork, stockinette stitch, and a little bit of broken rib stitch.

Finished circumference: 142-150 (150-158, 158-173, 173-180, 180-188) (188-203, 203-210, 210-225) cm / 56-59 (59-62, 62-68, 68-70.5, 70.5-73.5) (73.5-80, 80-82.5, 82.5-88.5)”,
