Gotta Dash Chunky Cowl
This chunky crocheted cowl is worked in the round from the bottom up and is seamless.
Alternating rounds of stitches give this cowl a stacked rib look separated by dashes, hence the pattern’s name. Also, it’s a pretty quick project when made from bulky weight yarn and a great one to tackle before you gotta dash off somewhere. ;)
It can be made from any bulky weight yarn you wish. One skein of Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick in the shade Oatmeal was used to make the cowl in the photos (except the last one). The final photo shows what the cowl looks like when made from worsted weight yarn: Vanna’s Choice in the Oatmeal colorway. A few more rounds were added to the design as well.
