These mittens and hat, knit in a decadent merino and silk yarn, show off the simple beauty of the purl stitch. The mittens have long, cabled ribbed cuffs and one braid that travels the outside of the hand. The cabled ribbing is echoed on the hat, which utilizes short row shaping along the brim to create a slouchy shape.
