Harvest Moon Cardi
This design incorporates a range of interesting techniques, including Fair Isle colourwork, steeking and saddle shoulders. The sleeves are worked in a garter rib pattern, and the neck and buttonbands are in moss stitch; both are in a single colour to provide a frame for the Fair Isle. “I have used a combination of yarns from John Arbon which gives a lovely finished fabric,” says Mary.
