Heart Lace Mitts was inspired by a lace pattern that combined eyelets with nubbs. It was paired with a ribbed background for a better fit. It is a quick project that makes a sweet gift.
It is worked from the bottom in the round. After the initial ribbing, the thumb gusset is formed with increases and set aside to be completed after the mitt is finished.
The Heart Lace Mitts pattern can be worked from the chart or text.

Errata
The key definition for the nupps is incorrect. It should read “(K1, YO) 2x”; NOT (K1, P1, K1, P1)
