Hit the Slopes
Cross-country, slalom, and freestyle your way through the holiday ski-son! Welcome to Crochet Craftvent 2019 where there are yarn balls, notions, and tasty treats aplenty. Count down to Christmas as you open a box each day to reveal everything you need to create your Hit the Slopes wrap!
All of the goodies come decked out in a Jimmy Beans Blue box - even a SmartStix hook - so you’ll be all set for chain-one of this project come December first! The Jimmy Beans Elves have put together over 1300 yards of Madelinetosh, Malabrigo, and Rowan among others in two colorways: Mount Rose is gradient of dark to light purples, while Vienna combines grays and blues with pops of orange. Fun fact: Mount Rose is a gorgeous ski resort just moments from our office here at Jimmy Beans! (But sadly, Vienna is a little farther away.)
Hit the Slopes is a perfect project for the adventurous beginning crocheter…and beyond! Techniques in this project include single, half, double, and triple crochet, decreases, and post stitches.
