Like many twenty-somethings, I love going out with my friends to clubs and bars. Like many knitters, I love showing off my hand knit items, but cozy cardigans and slouchy hats do not make for sexy weekend wear! Now you can flaunt your knitting chops and some skin with this lace backed tank top. Wear it with skinny jeans and a leather jacket (my pick) to go out on the town, or layer it over a solid tank to dress it down. Fun button details add character, and you can easily customize the fit by adjusting the waist shaping and the bottom garter stitch band. So grab your needles, ladies–it’s time for knitters to take back the nightlife!

Tank is designed to be worn with 1” or more of negative ease. Sizes are actually 27 (31, 35, 39, 43, 47, 51)“ bust measurement, to fit size 28 (32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52)” bust. Tank is worked flat in two pieces, joined at the shoulders and then seamed. The edgings, garter stitch band at the bottom and decorative shoulder tabs are added afterwards.
