This playful shawlette was designed for The Midnight Dyery’s Christmas Eve Box. You can now purchase the pattern individually.

This asymmetric shawlette is worked from the tip with plain, textured and lace panels. It is simple yet stylish, easy and fun to crochet.

Please note that pattern is written using UK terminology with US conversion given in abbreviation list.

Materials

1 x Humbug colourway in The Midnigh Dyery 75% Merino, 25% Nylon 4 ply yarn, 425 m to 100 g. Any 4 ply yarn would be perfect to use for this project.

4.50 mm (US 7) crochet hook or size needed to obtain tension

Tension

After blocking; 23 tr and 11 rows (tr and htr) to 10 cm (4 in) measured over pattern of plain section using 4.50 mm crochet hook.
