A simple, stylish hat, the Ida is knit in the round from the base up, then felted in a washing machine. It is from two strands of yarn held together: a worsted weight wool yarn that felts and a superwash wool blend that doesn’t. This combination of yarns results in a felted fabric with lots of texture and complex color. An easy project for the beginning felter!
