Imbas: A sock in cabled Celtic knotwork. ‘Imbas’ means inspiration, and it is one of the pillars of ancient Celtic spiritual belief.
The traditional knotwork also has a spiritual element: its important characteristic is that it has no beginnings and no ends; everything is interconnected, symbolizing the endless cycle of death and rebirth.
