Iris dress
Iris is a cheeky little dress that, with its simple lace pattern and luxurious yarn, is so captivating it almost knits itself. It’s worked from the top down to ensure a great fit, which you can adjust as you go, and the short sleeve can easily be lengthened if you want to adapt Iris for the slightly cooler summer evenings. The Iris dress is an extended version of the Iris summer top, featuring the same beautiful lace pattern. It is knitted in our Everyday Kit, a combination of Önling No 12 and Önling No 13, which together create the loveliest blend of wool, cotton, and cashmere.

Procedure
The dress is worked in the round from the top down. It begins with a crocheted provisional cast-on, allowing the neckline size to be adjusted later. Short rows are worked across the shoulders and back of the neck at the beginning to make the back higher than the front. The yoke is worked as a circular yoke with a leaf pattern, after which the work is divided into body and sleeves, which are then finished separately.
