Its Charm Lies in Simplicity
This pattern is
available for free.
A pretty jumper with raglan type rib detail on the sleeves.
It is knitted flat in pieces up to the underarms, then knitted in the round to the high collar.
THE simple stitches of this jumper recommend it to the novice, while its elegant lines recommend it to the smart dresser. Ribbing gives the sleeves distinction, while the high neck suggests its suitability for wear beneath a winter suit.
MATERIALS: 7 oz of 3-ply wool; 4 No. 10 and 4 No. 12 needles. A leather belt. Needles to be pointed at both ends.
MEASUREMENTS: Bust, 32-34 inches; length to the underarm seam, 13½ inches; sleeve at the underarm seam, 7 inches.
