Finished Size About 10” tall (not including ears or antlers) and 15” circumference.
Yarn Cascade Yarns 220 Superwash (100% superwash wool; 220 yd 201 m/3 ½ oz 100 g): #862 walnut heather (MC), 11/4 skeins; #856 aporto (blue; CC1), 1 skein; #1926 doeskin heather (CC2), ¼ skein (muzzle and eyelids); #875 feather grey (CC3), small amount (antlers); #910A winter white (CC4), very small amount (eye whites); #1913 jet (CC5), very small amount (nose and mouth embroidery).
Hook Size E/4 (3.5 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions St markers (m); tapestry needle; pins; size 21 mm safety eyes with gold iris and round pupil, purchased at www.GlassEyesOnLine.com; polyester fiberfill; embroidery needle and embroidery floss for nose (DMC #842 very light beige).
Gauge 19 sts and 22 rnds = 4” in sc; Rnds 1–6 of body = 2” diameter.
