JAS is a beautiful tube scarf that is worked entirely in the round.

Its playful stitch patterns and color placements make it a fun yet relaxing knit.
The slip stitch pattern and the dip stitch pattern create a beautiful colorwork look, but you only work with one color on any given round.
The combination of stitch patterns and generous stockinette stitch sections, along with a sporty long ribbing, gives this scarf a sophisticated yet casual look.

Mix and match the stitch patterns to your liking.

Work more or less repeats of the slip stitch pattern or add more or less dip stitch stripes to the dip stitch stripe pattern part.

Work more or less rounds in Stockinette stitch rounds between the dip stitch stripes.

Make your JAS unique!

The pattern includes instructions for JAWW (just a wrist warmer) use this little extra pattern for swatching, or to try out possible yarn and color combinations.

In any case, these wrist warmers will make a super cute addition to your outfit no matter if you wear them with JAS or not ;)

All stitch patterns are worked over a multiple
of 4 stitches.

This makes size adjustments very easy:
For a wider scarf, or to make up for a tighter gauge, cast on 4 stitches or a multiple of 4 stitches more.
For a narrower scarf, or to make up for a looser gauge, cast on 4 stitches or a multiple of 4 stitches less.
