This pattern results in a queen-size triangular shawl with two sections of open and lacy stitches separated distinctive textured stitches. The final section is more compact. Pattern will allow for two different border choices depending on size wanted and personal preference.

Prototypes during testing resulted in shawls measuring between 44” and 51” from collar to shawl tip.

This pattern design was created at the request of one of the Wing and A Prayer Crochet testers to be a living honor and memory to her daughter that suddenly passed away 12/26/18 from a post-surgical infection.

Proceeds from the sale of this pattern will be donated through the non-profit, Wing and a Prayer Crochet, to the Texas Children’s Hospital for use in childhood cancer research.
