“K2” is a lovely and simple hat and cowl set.

Worked in a thicker (worsted/DK) yarn is sure to keep your head cozy in a cold weather.

“K2” is knitted in a mix of garter and stockinette stitches with a difference. By adding very simple fancy stitch the straight lines of garter stitch become wavy like a moguls on the snowy slopes.

Both hat and cowl can be knitted in a variety of sizes, instructions are given. And slouchy hat can also be turn into a beanie for those who prefer such style.

Gray version of “K2” uses The Uncommon Thread “Lush Worsted” yarn 225m/100g (3 skeins) and green beanie is knitted in Madelinetosh DK and uses only 62g (130m). Both yarns are of a very similar weights.

“K2” is perfect for all skill levels.
