Squishy brioche stitch makes such a wonderful, buoyant fabric – it’s one of our very favorite stitch patterns for simple basics. Dawn’s Kennebec can be worn as a scarf looped over the neck, or doubled back on itself for a warm and dramatic statement piece. Yardage requirements have been given for regular and deep versions. We’ve shown samples in our worsted weight Shelter yarn, as well as fingering weight Loft yarn held double for fabric with even more bounce and body. Tubular cast ons and bind offs make this simple piece special – tutorials included!
