Kokomo Shopper is worked in a mesh stitch pattern with incorporated straps and a nice rounded bottom. Kokomo bag is a small bag in a mesh stitch pattern with an incorporated handle and a nice rounded bottom.
Both shopper and bag are worked from the top down by casting on for the strap / handle with provisional cast-on technique. The first part of the strap / handle is worked straight down in a mesh pattern and increases at the bottom. The second half of the strap / handle is worked in the same way on the basis of the cast-on stitches. For the shopper another strap is worked.
Now the straps / handle are joined by cast-on stitches and worked in the round. The shopper 7 bag is shaped by different intervals of decreases.

Kokomo Shopper er et net i meshmønster med integrerede stropper og runding i bunden. Kokomo Bag er en lille håndtaske i meshmønster med integreret hank og runding i bunden. Både nettet og tasken strikkes oppefra og ned. Maskerne til stropperne / hanken slås op med provisional cast-on-teknik og strikkes lige ned, med udtagninger i bunden. Herefter strikkes den anden del af stroppen/ hanken på samme måde med udgangspunkt i opslaget. Til shopperen strikkes endnu en strop.
Nu samles stropperne/hanken ved hjælp af opslag, nettet/håndtasken strikkes rundt og formes ved hjælp af indtagninger i forskellige intervaller, der integreres i meshmønsteret.
