DESCRIPTION OF THE DESIGN
The socks are worked toe-up using fingering-weight sock yarn. You begin by shaping the toe, then continue working in the round toward the leg. Gusset increases are incorporated along the sides of the foot to provide a comfortable fit. The heel is constructed using a reinforced French heel, adding both durability and structure to the sock. The instep of the foot, as well as the front and back of the leg, features a textured pattern consisting of cables and 2 x 1 ribbing. After completing the heel, you continue working the leg in pattern until the desired length is reached, finishing with a two-coloured twisted rib cuff for a secure fit.
