Lewitt
Lewitt is a study in reversible marl stripes. Variation one is in black and white, while variation two uses four contrasting colors and a Fibonacci sequence to add visual interest.
The yarn is Isager Spinni, which is unbalanced by design. The angled ribbing is created by the yarn. Substituting a balanced yarn would make a rectilinear ribbing.
The dimenstions of Variations One and Two are 18 x 76 inches (46 x 193) and 18 x 98 (46 x 229) respectively. Even though the pieces are large, they are very lightweight because of their gauzy nature.
