Construction:

Lilies & Lines Dress is a seamless top down round yoke garment for children age 0 to 10 years. The top portion resembles a cropped sweater which ends at the waist, just like a cropped sweater would. The yoke features stranded colorwork design with little lines and lilies throughout. The bottom portion is a knee length princess skirt, which has elements of stranded colorwork towards the hem as well. Sleeves are meant to be short, about ⅓ length, but could be adjusted according to personal preferences.

For the sample I used No. 4 Organic Wool + Nettles by Onion Knit (70% wool, 30% cellulose; 142 yards / 130 meters per 50g), DK weight.

Colors used:
MC: 833 (khaki)
CC: 822 (curry yellow)

Please feel free to use any DK weight yarn, but make sure to get gauge.
