This pattern is available from uradale.com for £5.00.

This cowl is worked in the flat for the bottom edge and in the round from the body to the top edge. It features a garter slip rib edge. The pattern was inspired by dear friend Linda’s love for the sea, her green fingers and her beautiful garden.

This cowl uses Uradale Yarns JW (jumperweight/fingering/4ply) yarn:
Beremeal (50g)
Tormentil Heath (25g)
Speedwell Heath (25g)
Moss Meal (25g)
Meadowsweet (25g)
Bluebell Heath (25g)

Needle size:
3mm (for the rib edge) and 3,5mm (for the body).

Tension:
28 sts and 32 rounds over Fair Isle pattern in the round (after blocking) = 10 cm.
It is always wise to do a swatch to establish your tension; adjust your needle size accordingly.

Size:
Finished circumference: ca 56 cm
Length: ca 25 cm
Size can be adjusted by using larger or smaller needles. Size and width can also be adjusted slightly when blocking.

Kit is available from Uradale Yarns for 32.00 GBP.
