This is a wonderful versatile addition to any little girl’s wardrobe. Add a little flair to almost any outfit.

This can be made with or without sleeves. There are instructions included for making the sleeves different lengths.

This pattern calls for a sport or DK weight yarn. Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable is listed as a 4 medium weight, but in my experience it is more like a 3 weight.

For the vest without sleeves 2 skeins of Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable or two skeins of Soho Lively yarn is what I used. There was not a lot left over, so you may want to get a third skein. If making the sleeves, you will need the third skein.

For Lion Brand Mand ala Yarn, You need 1 skein for the vest or two skeins if adding sleeves.

If you would like to make this in a larger size, you could use a 4 weight yarn instead and a bigger hook. This has not been tested yet. Once I try it myself, I will update the pattern. When I do everyone that has purchased the pattern will be sent an automatic update.
