Line Drawing Socks
Learn to knit top down socks. These socks were originally designed as a four week KAL with Makers’ Mercantile (see discussion thread) in May 2019.
The socks are worked from the top down, have an afterthought heel and use four point, or four corner, shaping for both the toe and the heel.
This pattern is written in needle neutral terms and can be worked on dpns or with the magic loop method on long circular needles.
Required Skills: basic knit and purl stitches, repetitive stitch patterns, knitting in the round
Yarn Weight: 1 - Super Fine
Recommended Yarn: Zitron Art Deco (shown in color 01)
Recommended Needle Size: US size 2 (2.75 mm) dpns or long circular needles
Finished Measurements:
sock foot circumference: 7 (7 1/2, 8, 8 1/2, 9) inches
sock foot length: 8 1/2 (9, 9 1/2, 10, 10 1/2) inches
