Long Haul Flight is an adult sock pattern with a central cable panel, flanked on either side by a texture stitch pattern. It is knitted cuff down, with a heel flap and gusset. The pattern has both charted and written instructions, and has a simple to memorise 6 row repeat.

The sample socks in the photographs are the larger size, knit in a fingering weight 75% merino/25% nylon blend sock yarn from Devon Sun Yarns. A semi-solid or speckle yarn would work best for this design.

I used the magic loop method to knit my sample socks, but the pattern can be worked on dpns or a mini circular if preferred.
