ABOUT THE PATTERN
Lumina Cowl is inspired by the Lumina Sweater, a circularly worked accessory that stands out for its motifs created using colourwork and beadwork techniques. You can wear the sweater and the cowl together, and they look like a single garment.

Materials
Yarn: Sport weight
Main Colour (MC): approx. 50 g / 197 yds / 180 m. Suggested yarn: Allpa Merino Mohair – 56% merino, 44% kid mohair (394 yds / 360 m – 100 g).1 skein, colour: Nácar.
Contrast Colour (CC): approx. 50 g / 197 yds / 180 m. Suggested yarn: Allpa Merino Mohair – 56% merino, 44% kid mohair (394 yds / 360 m – 100 g). 1 skein, colour: Honey Glow.
Recommended beads: Delica 8/0 or round 8/0.
Bead 1: Miyuki, delica 8/0, 264 units, colour: DBL-1834.
Needles and cables:
N1: US 2 / 2.75 mm circular needles, 16” / 40 cm long.
N2: US 1.5 / 2.5 mm agujas circulares, 16” / 40 cm largo del cable.
Notions:
Crochet hook for beading US 12 – 0.60 mm, row counter (recommended), 1 stitch marker, tapestry needle.
Gauge
30 sts x 38 rnds = 4” / 10 cm. Measured in colourwork, worked in the round with N1 and MC and CC, after blocking.
Notes
The cowl is worked seamlessly in the round using colourwork and bead techniques, and the charts are the same as those used in the Lumina Sweater.
