LYRA SWEATER KNITTING PATTERN

Knitting pattern for a beautiful and classic sweater knitted in POP Merino and Hip Mohair. The sweater is knitted from the bottom up in a wide rib structure, the sleeves are knitted from the top down. The sleeves and neckline are framed with simple rib. The sweater is perfect for jeans and dresses as it is cropped and slightly oversized.

Pictured is the sweater in size L in the colors: “Playful Purple” POP Merino combined with “Grape Smoothie” Hip Mohair. The model is 167 cm tall and usually wears a size Small.

Base your size selection on the bust or the widest part of your torso (usually the bust or stomach). The recommended ease is between +4 to +15 cm, but your personal preference is the most important factor. The model pictured is wearing the sweater with approximately +40 cm of ease for an oversized fit.

KNITTING GAUGE

16 st x 24 rows = 10 x 10 cm

Recommended Needle Sizes:
5,5 mm (40 cm and 80 cm).
4,5 mm (40 cm for rib neck and arms).
