Dressed fittingly in pink and wearing a pink ribbon, the Mammogram Lady Tea Cosy has had her test and is on her way home for a well deserved cup of tea to revive her. You can tell that she has already had the mammogram test because her breasts are flat. Going for a mammogram screening isn’t the nicest of ways to spend the afternoon but I thought that taking a humorous look at it might make people giggle.

The 5 page knitting pattern is easy to follow. The pleats in her skirt are a bit tricky, so I have included a link to a Youtube video in the knitting pattern. The row is easier than it sounds and just watching the video will make it feel so much easier.

The lady is carrying her handbag and I have given her a beehive style hair do. I know that women over a certain age are routinely invited for a mammogram, so I though this would make her look like an older lady.
