There is a correction to the pattern chart. The following came directly from Vogue Knitting:
The chart is incorrect on row 9. Move the 3-st RPC so that it begins on st 15 and work st 18 as a p st. The same error occurs on row 21, move the 3-st RPC so that it begins on st 4 and then again on st 26. On row 22, st 26 should be worked as a knit st.
