These cabled legwarmers were designed to be slouchy,
squishy, and soft enough for next-to-skin wear while being
stretchy enough to fit over leggings. For smaller legwarmers,
use smaller needles and/or lighter weight yarn for a tighter
gauge. For larger legwarmers, consider using larger needles
or additional 8 stitch repeats. Pattern rating by test knitters: beginner.

SIZE:
Designed with about 4-5” of negative ease.
Adult M: Measurements at rest after blocking: 18” 45.5 cm
tall, 9-10” 22.75-25.5 cm cuff circumferences.

GAUGE:
32 sts & 32 rnds = 4” 10 cm in cable pattern in the round
on larger needles, blocked
22 sts & 24 rnds = 4” 10 cm in stockinette stitch in the
round on larger needles, blocked

200-220g Worsted weight yarn: Shown in Cascade 220 Superwash 220 yds 201 m/ 100g 3.5 oz
U.S. 6 4.0 mm knitting needles
U.S. 7 4.5 mm knitting needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)
