Maybe, My Baby
This is a Measure & Make pattern and can be knitted for any body size, with any yarn weight.
The top is knitted top-down in one piece. The ribbing around the neck is added afterwards. The cable is a faux baby cable and is easy to do, even for beginners.
Yarn:
As this is a Measure & Make pattern, I cannot predict your yarn requirements.
The pattern will work for any yarn weight.
Needles
Use needles in a size suitable to the yarn you chose.
The sample was knitted with John Arbon Knit by Numbers Falkland Merino(400 m / 100 g) on 3.00 mm needles for a bust measurement of 105 cm. 350g of yarn was used for the flared version.
I strongly recommend that you first knit up a small swatch to make sure the needles you want to use for the bulk of the garment yield the tension you are looking for.
