SIZE
To fit 48(53:58)cm/19(21:23)“ head circumference. The finished headband measures 43(47:51)cm/17¼(18¾:20½)” around and is 5cm/2” wide.

MATERIALS
DK weight yarn with approximately 235 metres/257 yards per 100g. You will need 10g. The pictured sample was knitted with Wensleydale Longwool Sheep Shop ‘Wensleydale DK’ in Moonlight.

NEEDLES
3.75mm/US 5 needles for flat knitting of a narrow band.

TENSION/GAUGE
10 sts and 7 rows per 2.5cm/1” in blocked cable and rib pattern.
Adjust needle size as necessary to achieve the specified tension.
