This design by Bronagh Miskelly has alternating bands of wide and narrow garter stitch stripes, which incorporate slip stitches and cables to form a zigzag pattern. The triangular shawl starts with a provisional cast-on and a garter tab, and finishes with a garter stitch edging. It’s knitted in Jamieson & Smith’s Jumper Weight Shetland wool.
