Mr Frosty the Yeti is an adorable abominable snowman. This fleecy yarn always reminds me of a flurry of snow, so I thought an abominable snowman would be a cool (!) project. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the yeti is knit on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES:
A pair each of 3.5mm and 5.5mm single pointed knitting needles (US 4 & 9).

RECOMMENDED YARN:
King Cole Cuddles Chunky (100% polyester, 50g/125m), using two balls of shade White 350, and King Cole Big Value Baby DK (100% acrylic, 50g/145m), using one ball of shade Sky 4063.

NOTIONS:
Tapestry needle, toy filling, and two blue toy safety eyes (22mm diameter).

SIZES:
One size only - 34cm tall (including horns).

TECHNIQUES:
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
