CONSTRUCTION OF THE DESIGN
The beanie is worked bottom up and in the round. You begin by casting on with Provisional Cast-On Method and then start working with bigger needles in textured pattern with cables and bobbles.
After the binding off of the crown, you will unravel the Provisional Cast-On, pick up the live stitches and work top down in ribbing. Once the ribbing reaches to your desired length, you will bind off using Jeny’s Stretchy Bind Off method for a stretchy edge.
The design gives you a great opportunity to decide how long you would like the brim to be (double or triple-folded), to use up scrap yarn and do multiple colour combinations.
