Nappe Shawl
This simple but stylish shawl is fun and easy, both to knit and to wear. The whole body is worked in garter stitch and ribbing, divided into 3 color blocks. And it has tiny tassels added on the edges of each color block. Fun, right?

Size
One: approx. 250 cm/98” wide and 60 cm/24” long at center spine.
Yarn
3 skeins of A Chic Blend by Lanivendole (60% Wool, 20% Alpaca, 20% Mohair; 225m/246y per 50g). Shown in colors: CC1 – Cipria; 1 skein, CC2 – Carbone; 2 skeins.
2 skeins of A Heavenly Blend by Lanivendole (50% Wool, 25% Alpaca, 25% Cashmere; 225m/246y per 50g). Shown in color: CC3 – Braci, 2 skeins.
Needles
3.5 mm/US #4 circular needle (80 cm/32” long).
Other
tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
Gauge
21 sts and 44 rows = 10 cm/4” in Garter st measured flat after wet blocking.
The gauge isn’t crucial on this project, but differences will affect the finished size as well as the required yardage.
