Neverland Dress
“The moment you doubt whether you can fly, you cease for ever to be able to do it.”
― J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan
I will never forget the first time I read the book adaptation of Peter-Pan as a little girl. The whimsy of the story and the charm of J.M. Barrie’s language captivated me. The “Neverland Dress” embodies all of that whimsy and charm. It features a simple top-down, raglan construction, t-shirt sleeves, and a charming full skirt. The “faux petticoat” is created by picking up stitches along the inside hem of the skirt and features a dainty picot bind off. The peter pan collar makes this pattern over the TOP cute…perfect for flying off to Neverland. I hope you enjoy knitting it as much as enjoyed creating this sweet little pattern.
