In these unprecedented times, the best thing we can do, is stay at home as much as possible. What better way to keep ourselves happy than by casting on a beautiful colourwork sweater?

Today is my birthday and I’m happy to share this new design with you, named Noella after my grand-mother who loved to knit and loved colour!

Noella is knit in the round, from the top-down. There are short rows to shape the back but those are done just before separating the body and sleeves.

En ces temps sans précédent, la meilleure chose à faire est de demeurer chez-soi autant que possible. Et quoi de mieux pour nous distraire que de tricoter un joli pull en jacquard?

C’est mon anniversaire aujourd’hui et ça me fait plaisir de partager ce nouveau modèle avec vous, nommé Noella en honneur de ma grand-mère maternelle qui aimait beaucoup tricoter et aussi les couleurs!

Noella est tricoté en circulaire, du haut vers le bas. Il y a des rangs raccourcis pour former la nuque, mais ceux-ci sont tricotés juste avant de séparer le corps et les manches.
