Northwest Surfer Legwarmers
This pattern was originally published as part of Twisted’s Mad About Tosh Club in October 2013.
If you’re going to surf the waters of the Pacific Northwest, you need a wetsuit, booties and gloves – even in August. And after you finish riding the waves, there’s nothing better than bundling up in some cozy knitwear and hanging out on the beach for a bit. These versatile legwarmers are the perfect accessory for just such an occasion. Pull them up high to keep off the chill or slouch them down to keep the sand at bay. They’re a speedy knit and shockingly stretchy -- great for all the surfers (and land-lovers) in your life.
