Learn Intarsia in the round, using two colors!
With video tutorials available for the initial steps, you can see exactly how to close the round, twist the yarn at the beginning and in the middle of a row, and how to add the thumb gusset sts.

Construction:

The glove is worked from the Base of the fingers up to the wrist using a provisional CO.

When reaching the base of the thumb, another provisional CO is used to add sts for the thumb gusset.

The thumb gusset is worked using decreasing at the thumb sides, then the glove is worked straight up to a short cuff and ends with a double-knitted rib and a Tubular bind off.

Lastly, the thumb and fingers are worked one by one, opening the provisional cast on and using just the sts needed for each finger at a time.

Needles
The pattern is written for two 2.5 mm needles, but you can convert to magic loop if you want.

Gauge
32 sts and 44 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Stockinette st
