Ouray Pullover
The Ouray Pullover is the ultimate sweater for winter warmth and coziness. The project calls for a super-bulky yarn and has a generous turtleneck collar and extra-thick and roomy goodness throughout the body. This sweater is worked in the round from the bottom up.

Finished Size 39 (44½, 48, 53¼, 57)“ circumference at underarm. Pullover shown measures 39”; modeled with 6” of positive ease.
Yarn Brown Sheep Company Burly Spun (100% wool; 132 yd/8 oz): #BS-03 grey heather, 6 (7, 8, 8, 9) skeins.
Needles Sizes 11 (8 mm) and 15 (10 mm): 16” and 32” circular. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers; stitch holders; tapestry needle.
Gauge 9 sts and 13 rows = 4” in St st on larger needles.
Notes The body of this pullover is worked in the round from the lower edge to the underarm, then the front and back are worked separately back and forth. After the shoulders are joined, sleeve stitches are picked up and the sleeve is worked in the round from the top down.
