Pandemonium Hat
The Pandemonium Hat may appear repetitive and uniform at first glance, but there is a riot of colour brewing just below the surface. This is achieved with a simple and fun slip stitch pattern in which only one colour is in use per round. The resulting fabric is dense, squishy, and warm.
After casting on for the lower band, this hat works up quicky in a bulky weight yarn. A centered double decrease is used to shape the crown while maintaining the stitch pattern.
The Pandemonium Hat is so fun to make and wear that you’ll find yourself planning your next one before the first one is off the needles!
