The Pendulum Hat and Pendulum Beanie are two patterns for the price of one!

Both are made using Smiling Sheep’s luxurious extrafine merino yarns (either superwash Happy DK or untreated Joy) to make them soft and gentle next to the skin. Either pattern can be made with one 100 g skein, regardless of the size chosen.

Note about gauge:
While the gauge in stockinette stitch is 26 sts/35 rnds = 4 inches/ 10 cm, the gauge for the cable pattern is 34 sts/35 rnds = 4 inches/10 cm - unstretched/not blocked.

To fit a head circumference up to 20 (22.5, 25) inches/51 (57, 63.5) cm
Height: 8 (9, 10) inches/20.5 (23, 25.5) cm
Height can be adjusted by altering the number of 8-rnd pattern repeats worked. One repeat is approximately 1 inch/2.5 cm in height.
